80th Goodwood Members’ Meeting dates announced | GRR
We’re pleased to announce that the 80th Goodwood Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport will take place on the weekend of 15th-16th April 2023.
The ninth revived Goodwood Members’ Meeting is set to be one of the best ever, opening the Goodwood motorsport season in style with a two-day extravaganza of car and bike racing.
This year’s 79th Members’ Meeting featured some amazing action including a wonderful into-dusk demonstration for Porsche’s 956 and 962 Group C cars. We were also treated to drifting action from drivers including three-time Formula Drift champion James Deane and had our ear drums treated by the incredible sound of high-revving V10-era F1 cars.
Other highlights included the always incredible Gerry Marshall Trophy for Group 1 touring cars of the 1970s and ‘80s, stunning bike action from the Hailwood trophy, and an incredible, thunderous V8 battle for the Surtees Trophy filled with Ford GT40s and Can-Am cars.
As if that wasn’t enough, looking back to the 78th Members’ Meeting, we saw the world dynamic debut of the incredible Gordon Murray T.50 fancar, and the famous S.F. Edge Trophy for pre-war specials delighted and enthralled all in attendance.
As usual tickets for the event are only available to members of the GRRC community, and tickets will go on sale to Members and then Fellows in September, giving you plenty of time to purchase your tickets before the daffodils are out next year.
Those wishing to attend the Goodwood Road Racing Club’s 80th Members’ Meeting, can join the GRRC to purchase tickets. As well as access to tickets for our headline Members’ Meeting event, the GRRC community enjoy priority ticket access to tickets for Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival, on event benefits, regular social events, welcome pack, and much more throughout the year. Joining the GRRC starts at just £46 annually.
