Original Minis are awesome aren't they? Well, we think so anyway. That's why last year at the 77th Members' Meeting Goodwood put on not one, but three races exclusively for the tiny tearaways.

The competitors (nearly 60 of them) were split into two heats, with the fastest from each qualifying for the grand final in a race named after the Duke of Richmond's grandmother, Betty.
In the end the whole event came down to a final-lap sprint between two Goodwood regulars: Nick Swift, the master of Minis himself, and Nick Padmore, Goodwood's outright lap record holder. And it went all the way to the line.
