Video: 1974 Porsche 911 RSR hustled round Road Atlanta

Tod Treffert didn't have the best opening to his weekend. His beautiful black Porsche 911 RSR IROC wasn't able to complete more than a handful of laps during The Mitty's stunning Porsche RS celebration race on Friday. So when he got another chance to hustle his Porsche round Road Atlanta there was no holding him back.

Part A of the Porsche celebration race at The Mitty saw a total of 54 Porsches of all varieties do battle over eight laps, but no matter how hard any of his competitors tried, no-one could hold a candle to Treffert as he drove the perfect lights-to-flag victory while the Georgia temperatures crept up toward 30 degrees.

We're lucky enough to have had a GoPro with Treffert so we can present to you this masterclass in attacking the undulations of Road Atlanta, carrying speed throught the dip and climb of the esses, hauling that flat-six beast through the final corner and ripping his way through the slower traffic. It's a brilliant display of driving control.
