There's no greater contrast between a ice-covered motorway that has ground to a halt and the full-on, crossed-up, maximum-throttle attack of WRC cars in snowy climes. OK, they have studded tyres, the assurance of no on-coming traffic and detailed pacenotes on their side... not to mention immense driving skill.
