Video: Watch a Porsche 911 GT3 RS demolish the Corsica rally

Since 2011, the World Rally Championship has had a class for rallying GT cars called, imaginitively enough, RGT. Not a lot of models have been homologated for the class, but of those that have the Porsche 911 must be among the most purposeful.

Stuttgart's versatile sportscar certainly looks the part in rally trim, the lightweight bobbing nose somehow looking as at home on broken countryside tarmac as it does an immaculate modern race track. The rear engine's inherent traction advantage is not to be underestimated, either.

In this video, we witness Roman Dumas pick apart the Corsican rally stage with clinical efficiency.
