The Bugatti Chiron. Like the Veyron that came before it, it has utterly dominated the supercar spotlight. Much as the Veyron had its opponents and naysayers, no one can deny the scale of the achievement. For the last ten years it has been THE car. A jack of all trades, and a master of most.

Video: Warp drive aboard a Bugatti Chiron
Keeping one’s fevered brow in check in much the same manner as the finest Bentley you can imagine, at speeds that troubled and toppled the almighty McLaren F1, but the Chiron is said to take the Veyron’s multifaceted skillset and better each one by an order of magnitude. The general consensus is that it looks better, 1,500bhp should make it go better, and that interior is just another level of lovely over and above its predecessor. So naturally, we all want to see more of it!
With the prices this car commands, and the customer base to which it caters, there isn’t much need for press drives and review coverage, but as we can see in the video above, DRIVETRIBE have wangled their way into the passenger seat with renowned hypercar-honer Loris Bicocchi, as he unleashes the mighty Chiron’s full force. Not before, that is, having a go in a Veyron Vitesse for a bit of perspective…
