Like you, we’re chomping at the bit for some motorsport action at the first Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard for two years, starting tomorrow. If you really can’t wait and need a reminder of exactly what we’re all about, here’s a video featuring a full hour – yes an hour – of raw F1 action at the last Festival in 2019.
That’s every era accounted for, from the front-engined machines of the 1950s, to the howling DFV era, the advent of aero and ground effect, to the birth of the modern era in the 1990s, through the 2000s and 2010s to today. Lotuses, Ferraris, Renaults, Matras, Tyrrells, Williamses, BRMs, Ligiers, McLarens and so many more. Straight-sixes, V6s, V8s, V10s, V12s.
