The Japanese giant has confirmed the brand new GR86, the exciting new manual GR Supra, and a GR Yaris Rally Cup car will all feature on the Goodwood Hillclimb, alongside its new electric SUV the bZ4X.
Perhaps the most eye catching of the cars on Toyota’s entry list, though, is the Dakar Rally-winning GR DKR Hilux T1+, which will feature on both the Hillclimb and the Forest Rally Stage throughout the weekend, driven Nasser Al-Attiyah and his co-driver Mathieu Baumel. It’s mid-engined, powered by 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine producing 405PS (298kW) and 600Nm (443lb ft) with four-wheel-drive. It runs on 37-inch wheels, and all told we imagine it will be quite the sight on its way up the Hill.
The Festival of Speed is less than one month away, and there are still limited tickets available for both Thursday and Friday, click here for more details.
