Super Sunday's Grid hosted supercars as far as the eye could see

As you’d expect for our Super Sunday Breakfast Club, the grid at the Goodwood Motor Circuit was awash with supercars spanning a century of speedsters.

A wander along the Grid on Sunday morning may have left you feeling like you had stepped more than 100 years back through time as the 1911 Krit Speedster drove to its place, leaving raging fumes in its wake. Then a gentle leap forwards to the 1950s as a stunning bronze Jaguar XK120 burbled past.

Moving through the years to the 1970s and '80s, there was an array of classic Ferraris, Porsches, and Lamborghinis one after another. A Lamborghini Silhouette from ’76, Porsche 911 from ’86 with buldging headlights, Ferrari 308 GTS from 1980, all blazing the trail for the supercars of today.

Speaking of which, the Grid was also hosting some today's most cuting-edge supercars, including the Lamborghini Huracan STO and a McLaren 765 LT from 2021, in a shade of red dark enough to match the intensity of the bodywork’s design. There were some pretty eye-catching rarer models on display, too, like the no-longer-produced 1998 Ultima Spyder, or the one-of-a-kind Saker RapX, modified to be the only road-legal model of its type. With looks like no other, it certainly drew a crowd.

Indeed, the busyness of the Grid told you it was the place to be at Super Sunday Breakfast Club. With a combination of supercars and sunshine, where else would you want be?
