2015 will see sideways stars from the world of drifting, including Mazda legend ‘Mad’ Mike Whiddett and ‘Hoonigan’ Ken Block, let loose on the Goodwood hillclimb in a new Drift category that features at FoS for the very first time.
This fearsome first for Goodwood will feature cars and drivers from the Extreme Drift Allstars championship, including 2014 European EXTREME Drift Allstars champion, and drifting world record holder, James Deane in his incredible 750bhp Nissan s14.
Alongside him will be more of the top stars from Extreme Drift Allstars: Polish National Champion Piotr Wiecek in a 1000bhp Budmat R34 Skyline, Australian champ Luke Fink in his LBP PS13 V8, Joachim Waargaard, Norways top drifter, in a brand-new 2015 BMW M4 and Monster athlete Butsy Butler.
While drifting originated in Japan, it has been growing a huge global audience over the last few years, leading to Extreme Drift Allstars launching as a full-blown European championship.
