Officially known as the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows will be entering their 54th season in 2018, boasting a resume of almost 4,900 displays in 57 countries since their formation in 1965.
The aircraft of choice for the Red Arrows, the distinctive Hawk T1A jet, has been wowing crowds for nearly 40 years, having taken over from the Folland Gnat in 1979.

The Red Arrows have become part of the fabric of the event at the Festival of Speed, creating the most iconic of views as they soar across the rooftops of Goodwood House. The Reds will be in action on both Saturday and Sunday, adding some aeronautical flair with their traditional red, white and blue smoke trails to the Silver Jubilee celebrations.
Times of the displays are still to be confirmed, so keep your eyes on Goodwood’s social streams for further information.
