Shining in the April sunshine, the Lanzante 95-59 took the Goodwood Motor Circuit by storm when it made its dynamic debut on Saturday morning at the 83rd Members’ Meeting presented Audrain Motorsport.

The 1998 IndyCar champion Kenny Bräck was the man who had the privilege of guiding this machine — which he has had a heavy involvement in the testing and development of — around the track, and he didn’t hold back.
The 95-59, with its 862PS (634kW) twin‑turbo V8 engine, made an instant impact; Bräck carried some pretty remarkable speed throughout his first run of the weekend.
Its unique three-seat configuration reinforces Dean Lanzante’s philosophy that a car can be both practical and fun. The camouflage livery is formed from Lanzante’s Ganesh logo, while the bodywork and panels, glazing, exhaust and wheels are all entirely brand new.
And this isn’t even the finished product; the cooling package and aerodynamics will be further developed ahead of this year’s Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard. As a tribute to the McLaren F1 GTR’s victory at the 1995 Le Mans 24 Hours, this was quite the debut, and luckily for us all we’ll get to experience it again on Sunday when the Lanzante 95-59 goes out for another run at 11:10.
In the meantime, you’ll find us nosing around the Lanzante display at the Jackie Stewart Pavillion paddocks, where there’s also a McLaren F1, McLaren P1 Spyder and a Ford GT40 on show.
Tickets for the 84th Members’ Meeting will be available immediately after this year’s event for Members and Fellows of the GRRC. Admission and Grandstand tickets will go on sale on Monday 20th April for Members, and Tuesday 21st April for Fellows.
