Thruxton – the fastest race track in the UK. So fast it definitely does not hold any modern F1 races. That's what makes this particular trip down memory lane so special. We join Karun Chandhok in the one-off Williams FW08C six-wheeler for a demo lap of the ultra-high-speed circuit. Given the historic signficance of the car and the nature of the circuit Karun isn't pushing mightily hard, but we reckon he's still well under Matt Neal's BTCC qualifying record...
