Video: Nothing but FOS burnouts for 26 minutes

If you’re planning to attend this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard, the startline is one place you absolutely need to write into your itinerary at some point over the weekend.

Not only does the Festival of Speed startline represent an opportunity to get yourself a great view of some of most exciting cars on the planet, it’s also the scene of some pretty spectacular burnouts, as many of these sometimes incredibly valuable machines are put through their fair share of abuse. If you enjoy the smell of burning rubber, this is the place to be.

The action on the Hill is pretty much constant, too, so the stream of cars leaving their mark – quite literally – on the Festival of Speed will keep you entertained for hours. This video is a slightly more frantic demonstration of exactly what you can expect, with a broad selection of supercars, Formula 1 racers and some outrageous drift demos. It’s safe to say a day on the Festival startline is loud and smoky.

Still haven’t got your tickets for the Festival? It’s now less than one month away, but there are still limited tickets available for both Thursday and Friday, so click here for more details.
