2020 Goodwood Breakfast Club dates and themes announced
After an incredible year of new and returning Goodwood Breakfast Clubs we thought we should do it all over again in 2020. This year's selection of events will feature one returning favourite and a new event to be announced later in the year.
We will welcome back the two standard bearers for every year of Breakfast Clubs – Supercar Sunday and Classic Car Sunday – which take up their normal places in the calendar in June and August, basking in the splendid weather that summer brings.
Last year we introduced All Wheels but Four Sunday, a celebration of all things unexpected, to great success, and we will build upon that success with a slight modification in 2020. The event will return in the shape of 'Everything But The Car Sunday', which invites anything and everything to the Goodwood Motor Circuit – from tractors to buses, tanks to bikes – as long as it does not take the shape of a four-wheeled car.
Returning after several years away (for the first time since 2015 in fact) is our celebration of everything non-horizontally opposed, as Vee-Power Sunday makes a triumphant return to the schedule. For 2020 Goodwood will begin its year of early morning automotive celebrations with this most aurally pleasing of days, where you can expect to find cars, and bikes, kitted with everything from a V-Twin to a V12.
The final theme for 2020 will be announced later in the year.
Vee-Power Sunday makes a welcome return to the calendar for the first time since 2015. Expect to find some of the most sonorous and exciting cars the world has ever seen as we collect anything with a ‘V’ under the bonnet. Yes, that’s right, anything from a Vee-Twin to a V12 is eligible for this Sunday celebration of opposed cylinders.
You can order your free ticket for Vee-Power Sunday here.
May 3rd 2020 : Everything but the Car Sunday
A day for the truly weird, wacky and wonderful to head down to Goodwood. We will showcase the true variety found in the automotive world, from bikes to trucks, buses to tanks, even three-wheelers are allowed. Anything goes this Sunday, as long as it isn’t a four-wheeled car.
June 7th 2020: Supercar Sunday
Where would Goodwood’s Breakfast Club season be without a Supercar Sunday? This is our celebration of the pinnacles of motoring, the fastest, most glamourous and expensive cars the world has ever seen, all descending onto the Goodwood Motor Circuit for your viewing pleasure.
August 2nd 2020: Classic Car Sunday
A morning to celebrate the greatest cars of the past. We want anything from ordinary family saloons, to the mightiest of supercars – as long as they were made before 1980. We will fill the Goodwood Motor Circuit with tax-exempt cars and bikes of all types, shapes, sizes and speeds.
