Video: Spitfires, Hurricane, P51 Mustang and Messerschmitt BF109 over Goodwood

Trawling through some left-over clips of the Revival meeting, we came across this beautiful footage of World War Two fighter aircraft flying in formation over our little corner of West Sussex.

As well as being a truly awesome spectacle, you’ll learn why all of the aircraft run Rolls Royce/Packard Merlin engines (including the Messerschmitt!) and how the RAF found out what happened when they tried to fire their machine guns at too-high an altitude.

Tally-ho!
