Legends like the Audi Sport Quattro, Ford Focus WRC and the unmistakeable ‘555’ Subaru Impreza have already been confirmed, with other cars representing every era of world championship rallying since the 1970s certain to be taking part.
The driver line-up is a closely guarded secret at this stage but will hopefully include some past champions reunited with the cars that took them to the top step of podiums around the world. From the final days of the two-wheel-drive era through the anything-goes Group B and the technological superiority of the WRC years, rally fans of all ages will have something to cheer on as the cars tear past, flames spitting and wastegates chattering.
The rally cars will run twice on the evening of Saturday 28th March, when darkness will create an extra level of excitement, with a third, daytime, run on Sunday 29th March.
