Video: Cobra charges hard to take pole

18th March 2017
Adam Wilkins

Andrew Wolfe put on a  convincing display in qualifying for the Graham Hill Trophy, taking pole position by .04 of a second. What's more, the car that followed him into second place – the TVR Griffith of Andrew Jordan – benefitted from a tow.

The Graham Hill Trophy is for GT cars of a type that raced at Goodwood from 1960 to '66. Big hitters include the Cobras and E-types (and the aforementioned TVR), with more nimble machines like Lotus Elans mixing things up.
