Of course cars of this pace – the general 1980s F1 car – are not permitted to race on Gooodwood as ‘60s racers do at the Revival, or the ‘80s saloons do at Members’ Meeting. This, however, is Gran Turismo Sport. The rules can be bent a bit in the virtual world. For the purposes of finding out who is best out of this motley crew, of course.

So watch Oli Webb, Nick Padmore, Marino Franchitti, Darren Turner, Any Priaulx, Failrace, Rob Huff, Anthony Reid and Sam Hancock face off on the Goodwood Motor Circuit in identical turbo F1 machinery. Needless to say, it’s not as deliberately clean cut as you might expect from a real race. Can Oli Webb make it a three out of three and a total domination of the eTrophy?
