Nico Rosberg made a triumphant return to The Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard this year – this time a reigning Formula 1 world champion.

The thing about retiring from F1, however, is that you don’t get to drive the incredible cars quite so often. As it was, not only was Nico loving the FOS experience and crowds once again this year, he was loving being back behind the wheel of some top-flight single-seater machinery.
So, if you didn’t see it, believe us when we say he put on the full show for us this year, giving the 2014 Mercedes-AMG F1 W05 Hybrid an absolute leathering, to an extent not quite conducive to car longevity.
