If you're going to race in the dark, you should probably do some practicing in the dark. That's a mantra that most racing series and events sign up to – and for good reason.

Here at the Sebring Classic 12 Hour they race well into the dark to recreate the iconic moments that the race Historic Sportscar Racing are celebrating has provided over the years. So all the cars are expected our for some night time qualifying to make sure everyone is well prepared.
As we've told you before the night time at Sebring is dark unlike that you find at most tracks. With few corners permanently lit, no major civilisation hubs within reach and a near-equatorial dark trying to set the fastest time here may be one of the ultimate tests.
