It’s getting smashed up in the noble pursuit of US type approval… but it’s going out with a bang, or rather a skid before it goes out with a bang. “We’re going to do some things that you wouldn’t normally do with the Nevera… but when life gives you lemons, make lemonade,” Mate says, before the film of the Nevera doing its best WRC car impression opens.
Yes, Mate rallies this hypercar on borrowed time, showing off what full torque vectoring and 1,900PS can do off-road. “I really hope that not many Neveras will go through this torture but it’s great to see that it can do it,” Mate concludes. “Now, this one is ready to go to the wall.” A moment’s silence, please.
