A spectacular opportunity has come up for two talented people to join the Goodwood Road & Racing content creation team in a couple of senior positions. We’re looking for a top-tier Lead Video Producer, and a Lead Video Editor to come on board, take charge in and elevate the creation of our top-tier motoring video content, at our world-class flagship motorsport events and beyond.

As well as covering our enormous flagship events including the Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard we have plenty of adventures with road and racing cars and massive motoring characters in between. We publish almost daily on the Goodwood Road & Racing website, YouTube, Facebook and social media channels beyond.

The Lead Video Producer is a key part of our media content team and will be responsible for the planning and production of all our videos, both on- and off-event and across a variety of platforms and formats You will conceptualise, plan, brief and deliver high-quality video content using a range of in-house and external suppliers and freelancers.

You will also take charge of the large team of videographers and camerapersons we bring in for our key events – Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport, Festival of Speed and Revival.

The Lead Video Editor is an integral part of the team, being responsible for the look and feel of all our video output both on and off-event and across a variety of platforms and formats. You will manage the video edit workflow to deliver content in line with Goodwood’s high editorial standards.

You will take charge of the large team of video editors we bring in for our key events – Members’ Meeting, Festival of Speed and Revival.

Both roles will be pushing to ensure we deliver the high volume of social video content required across these busy weekends. A social-first editing mindset is essential, as is the ability to deliver both long and short-form edits in a variety of formats, including for TikTok and Reels. You will be ready with ideas to improve our existing content and push us to try new things.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest and knowledge of motoring and motorsport but experience in other areas. If you’re interested in technology and vintage lifestyle, we want to hear from you. A Shooting AP background is preferable with the ideal candidate being able to pick up a camera as required. Personal transport is essential, given we’re based in the heart of the stunning West Sussex countryside.
