Video: $2.3 million Delage D12 makes world debut at Goodwood

26th June 2022
Adam Wilkins

With its 7.6-litre V12 hybrid power, the D12 aims to bring the Delage name back after a 70 year hiatus with the fastest road-going car in world. Whether that transpires is yet to be seen, but visitors to the Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard were treated to a demonstration of its prowess on the Hill.

The D12 has tandem seating, race car inspired looks and Jacques Villeneuve on the development team. It's a promising comeback for a once illustrious name, and we have to say it looks absolutely incredible on the Hill.

Make the most of this, we're not sure how many more brand new V12 cars there are going to be, and the sound of this one roaring up the Goodwood Hill is a real treat.
