The Mastercard etrophy saw Florent Pagandet take victory on the Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard live stream. The Frenchman won the 18-lap race at the Goodwood Motor Circuit in a controlled display from a fellow GT Sport World Tour alumnus in Denmark’s Kenni Hansen.
It was in fact Hansen who set the pole position lap in qualifying for the top 12 race – from over 100 entries in the competition – but Pagandet passed him almost immediately at the start, before building a lead. Hansen was then pressured in the early stages by Maxime Delpech, but the French driver overcooked his braking into Woodcote.
Delpech’s team-mate at PRIMA Esports, Alexis Chambon, was able to take third after a fairly bruising race in the mid-pack.
