The Whitsun Trophy debuted at the Goodwood Revival presented by Dunlop in 2001 to celebrate a golden era of sportscar innovation spanning 1960-66. This 25-minute, high-octane race features some of the fastest and most intimidating machinery ever built and so is always the loudest, most fiercely fought contest of the weekend.

When is the 2026 Whitsun Trophy?

The fastest cars of the weekend hit the track for Official Practice at 16:20 on Friday, unleashing an unmatched wave of V8-powered auditory nostalgia across the circuit. Sunday is the day when the cars of the Whitsun Trophy compete. The race is set to commence at 12:20, building up towards the grand finale of the event — the RAC TT Celebration presented by Dunlop.

Who’s driving in the 2026 Whitsun Trophy?

This year’s Whitsun Trophy features a grid of returning heavy hitters eager to stamp their authority on the circuit. Past masters including Alex Brundle, Katsu Kubota and Stuart Hall bring immense experience and past victories back to the tarmac. Joining them is a ruthless pack of elite modern racers and historic specialists are ready to tame these heavyweight monsters and conquer the field once more.

Which cars are driving in the 2026 Whitsun Trophy?

The machinery starring in this year's Whitsun Trophy features an unbelievable amount of proven racing pedigree and raw horsepower. Ground-shaking models like the Ford GT40, Lola T70 Spyder and McLaren-Chevrolet M1B are all set to return to the grid with previous wins and fierce legacies under their belts. A rarer appearance from the V8-powered sports prototypes and sleek Lotus 30s is also in store, certain to create an incredible spectacle as they thunder down the Lavant Straight.

Saturday tickets and 3-Day passes for the Goodwood Revival have now sold out, and Friday and Sunday tickets are limited.
