There's something mesmerising about watching a car cutting its way through the racing pack with ease. This 1964 Abarth Simca certainly made easy work of a lap of Monerey, passing no fewer than nine rivals in a single lap.
In this crisp 4K video, posted by the Revs Institute for Automotive Reasearch, we see the opening lap of a race where it went from 28th place to 5th at the 2017 Monterey Historics Pre-Reunion. All those passes also give you plenty of time to watch other classics, including Porsches, Alfa Romeos and Ginettas, from close quarters.
