Last weekend, Top Gear presenter and erstwhile Goodwood pedaller Chris Harris took part in the last round of the Blancpain Endurance Championship in Barcelona, sharing an Aston Martin Vantage GT3 car, and came a highly creditable second in his class. He took it very seriously, as must anyone trying to do well at that level, and flew home on Sunday night with a nice and shiny pot in his hand luggage for his troubles.
