MG returns to the Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard in 2026 with world-exclusive concept debuts, autonomous robots and an electrified line-up pointing to the brand’s next chapter.

Following a starring role on the spectacular 2024 Central Feature, where MG celebrated a century of relentless innovation, it is pushing the boundaries even further for 2026, blending rich heritage with next-generation tech.
The headline come at 11:00 on Thursday, when MG will pull the wraps off two global concept car debuts, giving spectators an exclusive first look at the future of the marque. These design visions preview two distinct sectors of the EV market: a sleek, next-generation B-segment electric hatchback due to hit the roads in 2027, and an electric design study that signals MG’s future styling direction.

The vision extends far beyond the tarmac. Starting at 10:00 on Thursday and running regularly throughout the weekend, spectators will be treated to interactive performances by a futuristic fleet of autonomous robots, demonstrating the brand's leap into future tech.
This robotic spectacle shares the spotlight with MG’s line-up of electrified mobility, including the public debut of its first-ever seven-seat SUV – the MGS9 PHEV. Flanking the new flagship will be the all-new MG4 EV Urban, the premium electric MG IM5, the MG ZS Hybrid+, the MG HS PHEV and the sophisticated MG Cyberster Convertible.

Naturally, the true test of any car lies on the road, and three of the brand's most dynamic machines — the new MGS9 PHEV, the high-performance MGS6 EV and the MG Cyberster — will charge up the Hill in a showcase of modern EV and hybrid performance.
With two world-exclusive reveals set for Thursday and further technology showcases running throughout the weekend, the MG stand will be a key stop for anyone tracking the next phase of electrified performance at the 2026 Festival of Speed.
Tickets for the Festival of Speed are limited. Only Thursday admission remains but hospitality packages for all four days are available. Missed out on a ticket for Friday or Saturday? Find out how you can access our sold-out days with one of our new packages.
