Crystal blue skies frame the Goodwood Estate this morning as the 2026 Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard wakes up to what promises to be another spectacular day of action.

The first 48 hours have delivered a relentless wave of motorsport magic — from the inner workings of the Formula 1 Pit Lane to the thunderous Americana Celebrations presented by Bank of America — and the momentum shows absolutely no signs of slowing down.
FOS Fan Zone presented by Pirelli anchors a packed morning schedule with an inspiring line-up of live talks. Audiences can look forward to hearing from F1 icon Gerhard Berger, alongside a crucial spotlight on Mission 44, the charitable foundation launched by Sir Lewis Hamilton to create real, lasting opportunities in education and employment for young people from underrepresented backgrounds.

Later in the day, the stage welcomes back reigning F1 World Champion Lando Norris, giving fans the ultimate opportunity to ask him about his historic championship win and all things McLaren, and rising star Arvid Lindblad will also step up to the microphone to break down his impressive rookie season Racing Bulls.
Outside Goodwood House, the legendary balcony is primed for another massive surge of star power. Following his electric, tyre-slaying appearance on Friday, Norris returns for another highly anticipated Balcony Moment today, while the always-charismatic Gerhard Berger will also be celebrated in the afternoon, giving the packed crowds another chance to cheer on racing royalty.

On the tarmac spectators can expect a spectacular sensory overload with the likes of the Americana Celebration presented by Bank of America and the cutting-edge Supercar Run, all building up to the high-stakes Qualifying session for tomorrow's much-anticipated Timed Shoot-Out.
Today is going to be a beautifully busy, breathless ride, but before a pure dose of adrenaline enjoy these images our photographers captured in the quiet of the morning’s sunrise.
