Jaguar Land Rover’s line-up at the 2026 Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard will feature global prototypes debuting on the Hill and interactive off-road experiences in a display that highlights the brand's future direction in luxury and performance.

Jaguar’s next chapter will be set in motion when the Type 01 prototype makes its UK dynamic debut on the Goodwood Hill, ahead of its full reveal later this year. Following the much-discussed Type 00 concept, which was a head-turner at last year’s event, the lightly camouflaged Type 01 should offer the clearest look yet at how Jaguar’s bold new design direction translates into a running car. With inspiration drawn from models including the E-type, XJC and XJS, it promises to be one of the more closely watched manufacturer moments of the weekend.

Sharing the spotlight, the adventurous side takes centre stage with Defender’s 2026 Dakar Rally class-winning D7X- headlining the brand’s showcase as its thrilling W2RC campaign continues. This battle-hardened machine will tackle the iconic Hill and push its limits in the Off-Road Arena, complemented by a spectacular display of the latest Defender models and Land Rover Classic icons for spectators to explore.

The interactive exhibit also promises plenty of hands-on engagement for the whole family, offering off-road experiences, mini-defender rides, and the 'Perfect Pass' rugby challenge fit for all ages.

In a pivot to pure luxury, the exhibition continues with a glimpse into the future of premium motoring courtesy of the forthcoming Range Rover Electric. This highly anticipated appearance offers visitors an exclusive preview ahead of the Electric’s full reveal later this year. Headlining a dedicated Range Rover gallery, this cutting-edge vehicle will stand alongside a collection of flagship models and the ultra-exclusive London Editions — including the bespoke Westminster, Battersea, Belgravia, and Hoxton variants.

Adding a high-octane edge to the display, the formidable Range Rover Sport SUV Ultimate Edition will also take to the Hill, unleashing its raw power in a showcase of its dynamic, state-of-the-art performance on the tarmac.

Whether you’re eager to glimpse the future of luxury electrification or marvel at some flagship engineering, Jaguar Land Rover is sure to have something that will catch your eye at during the Festival of Speed.
