The Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard is the stage for countless reveals and dynamic debuts of the very latest cars. From established names to those fresh to the automotive scene, you can see plethora of new models in the metal for yourself over at the First Glance Paddock.

Jaguar’s Type 01 is one such car making its highly anticipated debut at Goodwood. The prototype that has caused quite a stir will be on display and in action up the Hill, as has the much-awaited Renault Turbo 3E, a reimagining of the spirit of the Turbo and Turbo 2 that were icons of the 1980s.
Familiar names including Porsche, Bentley and Honda have each brought multiple new cars with them to be tested on the Hill, from the Porsche Taycan and Cayenne Electric to the Bentley Flying Spur and Honda Prelude HRC Concept and Super N. Electric power is a dominant theme in the First Glance Paddock this year.
We’ve also seen the Alpine A110 Future for the first time, the mule that will shape the design of the marque’s third generation of the A110, while the 1,000PS Audi Nuvolari has made its public debut, announcing itself as the brand’s most powerful production vehicle.
The latest models from BYD, Denza and Yangwang have made a big splash at the First Glance Paddock, with eight debuts and a huge stand to explore within the paddock itself. Plus, new cars by other fresh names including Lepas, Jaecoo and Omoda have been presented to the public for the very first time.
The First Glance batch runs on the Hill twice daily across the Festival of Speed, and there’s plenty of fun to be had exploring the First Glance Paddock where there are countless activities to get involved with, not to mention getting a close up look at this vast array of brand-new cars for yourself.
