Toyota’s Gazoo Racing and Lexus are using the 2026 Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard to showcase how insights from global motorsport are directly shaping their future road and race cars.

Leading the line-up is the Gazoo Racing GR GT, a track-inspired road car built to showcase the brand's latest performance architecture. The GR GT is powered by a new 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo engine paired with a single-motor hybrid system, a setup engineered specifically to optimise low-weight rigidity, a low centre of gravity, and high aerodynamic stability.
Sharing this architecture is its track-focused stablemate, the GR GT3. While utilising the same core powertrain and engineering principles as the GR GT, the GT3 variant features a dedicated racing profile designed for competitive motorsport. Crucially, it adopts an all-aluminium frame — a first for Toyota — to maximise structural strength while shedding weight.
Both the GR GT and GR GT3 prototypes will make their first uncamouflaged dynamic appearances outside of Asia, moving from the Supercar Paddock presented by Abu Dhabi Investment Office for their dynamic debuts on the Hill.
For Lexus, the Festival of Speed will be the stage for the public debut of its new electric supercar, the LFA Concept. On display for visitors in the Supercar Paddock, this design study shares technologies with the GR GT and GR GT3 and previews a next-generation electric sportscar.
The LFA Concept aims to blend advanced EV performance with the emotion and heritage of the original V10-powered LFA, and builds on insights learned from competition to serve as a technology marker for the brand's future performance line-up.
Gazoo Racing will also be celebrating its motorsport operations over the Festival of Speed, where its racing stars will demonstrate the capabilities of its GR Yaris Rally1 — a multi-time winner of the World Rally Championship — and the DKR GR Hilux from the World Rally-Raid Championship.
Completing the line-up, over in the First Glance paddock there will be two new road models that feature direct engineering developed from the racing division. The GR Yaris Aero Performance showcases the latest aerodynamic upgrades for the hot hatch, while the all-new RAV4 GR Sport plug-in hybrid debuts a sport-tuned chassis and suspension layout.
Between dynamic debuts and major reveals, the Toyota and Lexus stands will form a central hub for performance development at this year's event that you won’t want to miss.
Tickets for the Festival of Speed are limited. Only Thursday admission remains but hospitality packages for all four days are available. Missed out on a ticket for Friday or Saturday? Find out how you can access our sold-out days with one of our new packages.
If you’re not already part of the GRRC, joining the Fellowship means you can save ten per cent on your 2026 tickets and grandstand passes, as well as enjoy a whole host of other on-event perks.
