Vintage toys recreated for Goodwood Revival

TesRevival visitors will this year be able to buy a range of vintage toys, which have been recreated thanks to a collaboration between Tesco and independent game maker House of Marbles.

This one-off batch of retro toys includes a wooden train set, spinning top, weaving loom, fighter plane and grand prix game. There will be plenty of families at the event decked out in vintage clothes and these play-things could complete the look nicely.

House of Marbles specialises in producing toys and games from the recent and distant past – and Tesco has harnessed this skill to create an intriguing addition to the Revival retail offering. Find the these treats at T for Toys, which is Over the Road.

Hornby van

In another eye-catching vintage toy project, Tesco has also teamed up with Hornby to produce a replica van – the real-life version of which will be making an appearance at the event too.

The restored 1950s Albion van has been lovingly restored by Tesco and the company is inviting guests to have their photo taken with it.

Only 3,000 of the toy vans have been made as part of a celebration of the Revival era and Tesco’s heritage – visitors can find them at the T for Toys shop.
