The Culinary Academy has been designed to inspire, nurture and motivate young people from the local area into the industry.

Overview

A two-year engagement that will equip the trainee with in-depth on-the-job training in all aspects of food preparation, food production, safety and basic costings, whilst gaining industry-recognised qualifications and professional kitchen experience.

Launched in 2018, the two-year programme equips trainees with in-depth on-the-job training in all aspects of food so they can become "industry ready" chefs.
