Video: Jaguar E-Type in the Cobra pit at Goodwood Revival
The Jaguar and the Cobras danced in a powerful, high-speed struggle. It could be a long-lost Aesop’s Fable, but in fact I’m referring to the thrilling Goodwood battle between the AC Cobras of Andrew Smith and Michael Gans, and the mighty Jaguar E-type of Rob Huff.
Unfolding during the Royal Automobile Club TT Celebration of the 2018 Revival the chase saw the trio flirt with one another as they raced for the lead, coming within a hair’s breadth of collision. Excellent trackside and onboard angles allow us to really relive the race in this glorious footage.
And once you’ve watched it you’ll no doubt agree that it’s no wonder that this is remembered as one of the very best chases from the race.
