The Goodwood Revival is a difficult motoring event from which to pick out the most beautiful cars, for any of these machines in isolation in your local supermarket car park would elicit a lasting longing gaze. But here, there’s beautiful, and there’s beautiful, so with emphasis on the subjectivity of beauty, we’ve picked a few stand-out stunners.
Very little can top the simplicity and elegance of a Jaguar C-Type, which is why it heads our list. Coventry’s Le Mans and Mille Miglia champion always warrants a double take. With a demonstration dedicated entirely to Ferraris, how could we not have a prancing horse on the list? The first slot it gets goes to the stunning open-topped 340MM. Revival regular, the Maserati A6GCS, is no less pretty for its consistency, nor the Lotus 25 1.5-litre Formula 1 car. As saloon cars go, they don’t get much prettier than the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA.
