Bentley’s revised Mulsanne family will be unveiled at Geneva alongside a new Flying Spur V8 S.
The Mulsanne now comes in three versions: the standard (it’s all relative, you understand) version, the Mulsanne Speed and the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase, which has airline-style extending legrests (which gives you some indication of the vast available leg room) and its own sunroof. Bentley assures customers the car now provides ‘the most relaxing automotive environment in the world’.
The Speed, meanwhile, combines 530bhp with 811b ft of torque, resulting in a 0-60mph time of 4.9 seconds.
The Mulsanne has a redesign front end, with new bonnet, grille and lights while inside it gets new seats, door times and arm rests. There’s a new touchscreen infotainment system.
Wolfgang Durheimer, Bentley’s Chairman, said: ‘The Mulsanne is the epitome of bentley’s DNA… It defines luxury in the automotive world.’
Customer deliveries being in the summer.
Sitting alongside the Mulsanne at Geneva, the Flying Spur V8 S receives a power boost to 521bhp, with revised suspension for greater body control and a black radiator grille.
