Don’t miss out on all the action from the Michelin Supercar Paddock, which has already hosted the launch of the Aston Martin Vulcan this weekend as well as housing most of the spectacular supercar, hypercar and performance machinery going up the Hill at the 2015 Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard.
Ferrari’s presence is marked by a host of road-car giants including the spectacular LaFerrari hybrid hypercar and 488 GTB, the mid-engined V8 successor to the 458 Italia. Then there’s the FXX mini paddock, dedicated to the customer race programme which gives owners two years of racing in six events. Ferrari will look after your car and provide you with interesting bits of tech to try out during the course of ownership.
Following the track-going theme, Porsche has its monster 911 GT3 RS on display and McLaren the P1 GTR, the track version of its P1 hybrid hypercar. A little further down the row lie two Noble M600s, one of the best-handling models in the paddock.
In the first-glance class, also nestling under canvas in the Michelin paddock, lie Peugeot’s 308 GTi, which made its debut at the Festival this year, plus the Honda Civic Type R, new Mazda MX-5 and Mercedes AMG GTS, the most potent form of Mercdes top sportscar.
