Video: Tom Kristensen’s mighty 7.0-litre Ford carves through the field

We could probably fill our entire yearly content calendar with just videos of Tom Kristensen doing Tom Kristensen things at Goodowod. Those things normally being slicing his way through a crowd of cars in something classic.

Well, here is one of those examples, from back in 2015 at the 73^rd Goodwood Members’ Meeting. TK is seen driving the ridiculous Ford Fairlane Thunderbolt, complete with a giant 7.0-litre V8 and, in reality, more made for drag racing than circuit shenanigans.

But circuit racing it is doing nonetheless, and doing it extremely well, as TK dispatches two cars in this clip. First off a BMW is cast aside with a nonchalant lack of attention before fellow Le Mans-winner Jochen Mass’s Ford Galaxie presents a slightly tougher challenge.
