Video: 2022 St. Mary's Trophy Part 1 full race | Goodwood Revival
The St Mary’s Trophy presented by Motul always provides some of the closest racing of the Revival weekend, and 2022 proved to be no exception. The two-part race began on Saturday with the all-star drivers, which made for some thrilling battles right throughout the field.
With the hottest shoes pedalling a diverse range of cars, the outcome was never going to be predictable. How about Tom Kristensen in a nimble Alfa Romeo Giulia, Romain Dumas and Gordon Shedden aboard vast Ford Galaxies and Andre Lotterer and Karun Chandhok hustling giant-killing Minis?
Perhaps the battle of choice was that between Lotterer and Alex Brundle (also aboard a Mini) with David Brabham watching closely from his Jaguar Mk2. It was a terrific show from start to finish. Here’s all the action.
