Video: Kenny Bräck monsters the GT40 in the wet

If you have ever wondered how to get a job testing supercars for a living, this video should answer your question.

It shows the current McLaren Chief Test Driver – and of course former Indy, IROC and rally pilot – Kenny Bräck wrestling Adrian Newey’s Ford GT40 round a very wet Goodwood to qualify for the 2013 Whitsun Trophy.

Listening to Bräck feathering the throttle and watching him apply corrective steering is a masterclass in car control, as well as a reminder that the legendary cars you see thundering round Goodwood are a real physical challenge. We could watch this on repeat for hours.
