A class of stunning coachbuilt Vauxhall 30/98s – the first British production car to reach 100 mph – will grace the Cartier Lawn, as will some fine Rolls-Royce Phantom IIIs, marking the 80th anniversary since the launch if this, the first V12-powered Royce.
Eight pioneering models will represent the 110th anniversary since the founding of Lancia in 1906, with examples of this celebrated Italian marque ranging from the oldest-surviving Lambda in the world, through to a mouth-watering 1959 Flaminia Sport Zagato.
The revival of the perky French Alpine sports car brand will see half-a-dozen exceptional examples of this Dieppe marque’s work, including some models never seen before in the UK.
A celebration of English grace with American pace will see six sporting mid-1960s bespoke British GTs, equipped with North American V8s. The final Cartier class this year celebrates not only the 50th anniversary of the iconic Miura supercar, but also a series of other legendary Lamborghinis, designed by the Miura’s stylist, Marcello Gandini.
