Yes, it is absolutely dominated by V8s, but they’re not all in American machinery, and at least one of them might surprise you. When you’re at Daytona, the combination of the banking the giant Daytona Rising grandstand building and the flat, open land means that racing engines sound, if anything, even louder than usual.
