You will never guess what James Martin, he of the super-popular TV cookery show Saturday Kitchen, has for breakfast before a spot of historic racing. James, a very al dente car nut, does of course love his racing. In fact he loves cars full stop. He has classic Minis and is counting the days to the Goodwood Revival (13-15 September) when, again, he will be there in the thick of things. We caught up with him at a GRRC event at the circuit to ask him about his passion, his Mini and, yes, what the ideal racing driver’s breakfast is. Weird!
