Here's an evocative sight: the 1955 Mercedes-Benz W196 with Mika Häkkinen at the wheel – two Grand Prix legends brought together for the 74th Members' Meeting's IWC Schaffhausen Moment, orchestrated by the luxury Swiss watch-maker.
The W196 was driven to victory by Stirling Moss at the 1955 British Grand Prix, so it was only fitting that a man who won two world championships – 1998 and 1999 – was behind the wheel for the demonstration at 74MM. He was joined on track by Goodwood regular and Darnley house captain Jochen Mass. The ever-smiling Flying Finn seemed to enjoy his time at 74MM, as you'll see in the video that captures the glorious moment.
