Video: 70 glorious years of Ferraris gather at Goodwood

Il Canto Degli Italiani, otherwise known as the Italian National anthem, is a familiar soundtrack to many of the world’s biggest motorsport events. It’s played every time an Italian, or a piece of Italian machinery, makes it to the top step of the podium. It’s an event which has happened with frightening consistency throughout motoring history. A healthy chunk of which can be directly accredited to the global icon that is Ferrari.

Yet another event to add to the list is the Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard, as crowds witnessed a complete Ferrari takeover of the house and front lawn to celebrate 70 years since Enzo Ferrari brought the brand to life.

With Ferrari legends, yellow flags, and live orchestra all in tow, it was a special moment for a true icon of motoring manufacturing.
