Sat within the Jaguar XJR-12D, Justin Law was looking for something special this afternoon, and seemed to find it in spades as he wrestled the wheel of this Group C car up the Goodwood hill climb.
With his split times ticking through on green all the way up the hill, Justin slung the big Jag along the flint wall, kissing the hay bales as he climbed up the final straight to lay down a final time of 46.13 seconds. And he needed to squeeze every last ounce from his effort, with Jeremy Smith finishing on 46.22 in the Penske-Chevrolet PC22.
Congratulations Justin. Will he be back next year to defend the title?
