Jenson Button, Matt Neal and Dan Cammish to strut their stuff for Honda at FOS
&width=1600)
It’s a Honda. The RA301 developed with Lola for John Surtees to drive in the ’68 season. The French GP podium was the car’s best result and at the end of the ‘68 season Honda withdrew from F1. Thirty eight years would pass before Honda engineers would again be let loose on an F1 car.
Jenson will be seeing what the RA301 can do up the hill on the Sunday (July 15th) when he will also be fielding questions on the Honda stand at 13.30.

Other Honda treats in store this year? The works BTCC Civic Type R blasted up the hill by triple champion Matt Neal will be worth watching. The NSX will again be speedily strutting its hi-tech stuff – driven by one of the engineers responsible for developing it – while bike fans should look out for the RC213V-S, Fireblade, Fireblade SP, CB1000R+, TT Fireblade and a 4RC146 which has been specially flown in from Honda’s collection hall in Motegi.
And what about the two silver-wrapped Gold Wing course bikes? It is FoS’s silver anniversary you know…
