Please find a list of FAQs below which we hope will help answer any of your questions ahead of your Ultimate Driving Experience.

Where do I go upon arrival?
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Goodwood Motor Circuit. Please refer to our How To Find Us page on the Motor Circuit.
For Performance Track, Spin and Slide, Young Drivers Graduation Experience, Performance Hot Lap and Extreme Weather Driver, please proceed through the tunnel once entering the Motor Circuit. Turn left along a long tree lined road which will lead you to the Race Control Building where you will sign on.
For Young Drivers Learners Experience, when entering the Motor Circuit, please turn right towards the Chicane Paddock and park behind the Ticket Office.
What time do I have to arrive?
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your slot time for all experiences with the exception of Performance Track where you will need to arrive at least 30 minutes before.
You will be welcomed with tea, coffee and biscuits and there will be a short safety briefing with our instructors.
Where do I park upon arrival?
There are reserved parking bays directly outside the Race Control building for Ultimate Driving customers. For Young Drivers Learner experience customers, please park behind the Ticket Office.
What should I wear?
We care for our customers' safety and well-being, therefore it is recommended that all guests wear sensible clothing and footwear to drive. For example, long sleeves, trousers and trainers/flat shoes. Flip flops are not permitted.
For Performance Track, long sleeves, long trousers and flat shoes are an essential.
How do I redeem my voucher?
To see what slots are available for your experience, please head to the website or click here. To redeem your voucher please call the Ticket Office on 01243 755055. Experiences vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What happens if the weather is bad?
It is very unusual for us to have to cancel driving experiences due to weather. Should there be particularly adverse weather forecast (such as snow) we will contact you ahead of the date and arrange for you to come on an alternative day. If the weather is very bad on the day, and you would like to double check that we are running the experiences as scheduled please call 01243 755055.
Unfortunately you will not be refunded if you assume the day is not running as we run in virtually all weather.
What happens if I damage the car I'm driving?
Don't worry, the vehicles are covered by comprehensive accident insurance but this will not apply if you drive recklessly, dangerously or if you cause damage to yourself or anyone else.
How many people per voucher?
All Ultimate Driving experiences are for one person only (Performance Track, Performance Hot Lap, Spin & Slide, Young Driver Learner and Young Driver Graduate).
How old do I need to be for Young Driver?
There is no minimum age for Young Driver, however you must be taller than 1.5 metres.
What happens if I forget my voucher?
This isn't a problem as long as you bring ID with you.
I want to cancel the date I've booked, what can I do?
All Ultimate Driving experiences are non-refundable after 48 hours, including slot bookings. Should you need to amend the dates, amendment charges apply.

Child Policy
Interesting in your youngsters trying out experiences at Goodwood Motor Circuit. Please see our child policies below.
Track Experiences:
- Those aged 13 and under are not permitted to passenger rides around the circuit.
- Those aged 14 to 16 are permitted to passenger rides. An indemnity form signed and endorsed by a Parent or Guardian must be filled out prior to their ride. The passenger must board the vehicle in paddocks.
- Those aged 16 –18 are permitted to passenger rides, but an indemnity form signed and endorsed by a Parent or Guardian must be completed prior to the experience. Passenger can board the vehicle in Pit Lane.
The Goodwood Off-Road Experience
- Children aged 4 and under are not permitted to passenger rides in the classic Land Rovers.
- Children aged 5 to 12 are permitted to ride as long as they are accompanied by an adjacent adult who is the Parent or Guardian and is in the front or rear part of the vehicle at all times.
- For Children aged 13-18, passenger rides are permitted as long as they are accompanied by Parent or Guardian in the vehicle at all times.
